We provide flexible support coverage to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the solutions we provide. SCC works with clients to establish the necessary service level to achieve success and minimize the impact to their operations. Clients may opt to contract for ongoing support beyond termination of the project.

Support includes release management of new software, hot-line support, training of new users, and other functions. SCC currently provides both regional and global support for several of its clients.
